CTO+ AI is a private AI assistant built into CTO+ ERP and CTO+ CRM. It answers questions about your live business data, forecasts trends, drafts content and can take actions such as reordering stock or logging a call, with your approval.
Does CTO+ AI keep my data in Canada?
It is designed to. CTO+ AI runs on a private model hosted in Canadian cloud regions or on your own infrastructure, so your data stays under Canadian jurisdiction and is not sent to third-party AI providers.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Your data is never used to train public or shared AI models. The private model only uses your data to answer your own questions.
Can the AI see everything in my system?
No. The AI follows the same role-based permissions as the user asking, so each person only gets answers from data they are allowed to see.
Does it work in French?
Yes. CTO+ AI understands and answers in both English and French.
Is the live demo real AI?
The public demo uses a lightweight engine that runs entirely in your browser on sample data, so nothing you type is sent anywhere. The production version runs on a private model connected to your own data.
